Dewberry's extranet project server leverages 3rd party authentication with Windows Live to enable users to manage their own accounts and passwords. This has advantages in that users can reset forgotten passwords independent of the Dewberry system and has the added security advantage that Dewberry does not store or have access to your password. Once you've completed the sign up process, which you only have to do once, you'll have a verified profile which can be used to authorize you to access sites on Projects2. NOTE: A personal Microsoft account is required in order to login - work or school accounts (Office 365) are not supported at this time. To create a Microsoft account, browse to https://signup.live.com/
Please read the following instructions, then click the Sign Up button at the end to register your profile.
The general workflow to create a profile is as follows:
1) Sign in |
 |
2) Sign into your account |
 |
3) Complete your profile |
 |
4) Verify your email address |
 |
5) Finished -- You can request access to sites |
1) Sign in
Once you've read through these instructions, to begin the registration process, you'll need to Sign In (there's a link at the end of these instructions). On the sign in page, click the Microsoft button.
2) Sign into your account.
Microsoft will ask for your login name and your password if you are not already logged in. Dewberry does not receive any personal information from this login. NOTE: You will need a Windows Live account - Office 365 accounts are not supported.

3) Complete your profile. Please provide your
full name and
email address. Enter the email address where you want to receive email.

4) Verify your email address
After saving your profile, you'll be sent a verification email and redirected to the email verification page, where you can choose to resend the verification email or change your email address.
Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.
5) Finished -- You can request access to sites
Once you have confirmed your email address, you have a verified account on the server that a site administrator can use to invite you to a team site.
At this point you should coordinate with your point-of-contact at Dewberry to let him know that you have created an account.
Now that you've read the instructions, click here to Sign In (opens a new tab) and begin the process of registering your profile!
